Terms and Conditions for Ready Set Power

Welcome to Ready Set Power. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or products.

• Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

• Products and Services

Ready Set Power offers a range of generators and related products. All descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only and may be subject to change.

• Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Ready Set Power. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. Partial payments and/or deposit in the amount of 50% of the total turn key price may be offered for orders over $10,000. A second payment equaling 40% will become due when the generator is set in place, and the final 10% will become due upon generator start up. The distance in time between the 2nd and final payment will be the time required for a gas meter upgrade and the time need to schedule the generator start up. If financing options have been arranged through Ready Set Power, payment terms will be based upon the terms provided by the financing company.

• Refund and Return Policy

Refunds are not accepted for generators that have been installed. Partial refunds may be available if permits have already been filed. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on the refund process.

• Warranty Disclaimer

Ready Set Power products come with a warranty as specified in the product documentation. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

• Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ready Set Power be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.

• Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ready Set Power and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of our products or services or your violation of these terms.

• Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the State of Texas.

• Changes to Terms

Ready Set Power reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
